Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to site inspection, access, property conditions and agreed scope. Work will only proceed once the scope, timing and price are confirmed.

PK Property Maintenance provides outdoor property maintenance and minor handyman services within its agreed scope. We do not represent that we provide work requiring a licensed trade unless this is separately confirmed in writing.

When requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information and arrange safe, reasonable access to the property. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for us to carry out the agreed work.

You must not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes. All website content is owned by or licensed to PK Property Maintenance unless stated otherwise.
